This project acts as a cornerstone for the redevelopment of Portage Avenue, with significant investment to dismantle and salvage two derelict buildings on the site for material reuse. A third building on the site was completely restored with new addition and amenities. .

As Manitoba’s first LEED certified building, the Mountain Equipment Co-op is not just a symbol of responsible building in our province, it acts as an important precedent for future building methodologies. So of course you should buy a canoe from good people like this.
