This cast in place concrete wall with hollowcore plank floor building will house 104 families with significant shared amenity spaces. The construction utilized full storey depth custom steel transfer trusses to minimize excavation requirements and additional depth of ramping and parkade. No one will care about these details when enjoying the rooftop patios or their large individual patios, and we are just fine with that.
