The Don Togo apartment complex is multi-storey building located in South Osborne. The exterior of this building consists of both precast and cast-in-place concrete elements. The precast concrete elements have light grey, red, blue and dark grey finishes providing the building with a distinct look. The building features oversized private balconies with some balconies reaching up to 99 square feet. It also incorporates triple-pane argon-filled windows reducing heat loss in the building making it more energy efficient.
