This four storey wood multi family building includes a below grade parkade while integrating into it’s infill context. Playful balcony units provide additional depth to the facade and enliven the building’s connection to the street and sidewalks.
This infill multi-family housing project is located within a mature neighbourhood the City has targeted as capable for additional density, with neighbour friendly strategies as below grade parkade, staggered balconies and building facades, along with pedestrian and bike friendly features.
