This six storey steel and masonry building is elevated above grade for a good chunk of it’s footprint, allowing for at grade parking and clean views through the site to surrounding historic exchange district buildings and condominiums along Waterfront drive.
Juliet balconies allow occupants some fresh air and views out in this mixed use building, with commercial space on the main floor afforded the potential for significant patio area.
