Originally constructed in 1882, the Fortune & MacDonald Blocks were in considerable disrepair after decades of neglect. Times Change(d) owner John Scoles along with new building owner John Pollard brought in Wolfrom Engineering to provide emergency structural consultation and provide design of the renovation and restructuring work.
