Tensioned cable with king post pipe struts of varying depths accentuate the matching depth sawn timber beams of varying spans , intentionally completed to simplify materials sourcing and cost. The stone baked oven acts as a central hearth for pizza lovers whom have travelled from all over.
The sizing of available roof beams acted as the constraint that drove the design, allowing for local, cost effective materials.
