The new residence building at the University of Winnipeg is part of the U of W Student and Community Housing Project. It features 24 two-storey townhouse-style units, specifically designed for students with families as well as 175 dormitory-style student residences on the upper-most four storeys.
The building form offers a playful double curve in plan while maintaining a modern, clean and light front façade.
