Multi storey circulation gallery space ties the multiple programs and their occupants of this public building together, bringing art into part of the students daily experience. Situated on the edges of cultural and educational precincts, the building design makes every effort to be approachable and resourceful, acting not as a filter between either supposedly different group but as an amplifier, exemplifying Winnipeg's cultural history and inherent spirit.
After you visit the Plug-In gallery and feed your brain and soul, make sure you feed your stomach too and grab a cinnamon bun or more hearty fare from Stella’s restaurant. Ask for the corner seat at the intersection of Portage and Memorial, in our opinion it’s the best place in the City to enjoy a mexican breakfast.
