This single storey steel framed facility of significant area is where a large number of City of Winnipeg busses go and take their well deserved rest at night. High roof levels with clerestory lighting allow for ambient lighting to reach deep into the building. The garage building is a good example of the steel framed industrial warehouse building portfolio of similar works.
