This important restoration and redevelopment mixed use building could actuality fit into every one of our project categories. The building long sat vacant but is now filled with private student residences and public culinary training facilities and restaurant, bringing new life and a crucial component of the areas redevelopment into a 24 hour hub.
The original Union Bank Tower was once the tallest building in all of the British Empire when first constructed.
