The new health pavilion in Winnipeg, Manitoba houses 25 000 sq. ft of classrooms, nursing laboratories, offices and conference rooms and is a welcomed new addition to the health programs at the at the Universite de Saint-Boniface. The new two-storey steel and concrete structure achieved LEED gold status to a large part by diverting construction waste and sourcing locally derived materials and fabrications.
